Noise Impact Assessments, Bo'ness

Derelict brown-field site surrounding old harbour at Bo'ness

Construction and road traffic noise impact assessments generated by the development of a substantial area of derelict brown-field land surrounding the old harbour at Bo’ness. The development will provide housing together with marina, shops, restaurants and related facilities and is also adjacent to the Scottish Railway Preservation Society’s premises and yards which are a significant tourist attraction generating railway noise and tourist traffic flows which also had to be assessed.
