Pam Smith :
Partner in CSP is responsible for all CSP Planning Services.
Pam has experience of a wide range of planning matters and has tackled large and small problems for private and corporate clients.
Her particular interests are in smoothing the way through the planning process, avoiding appeals if possible - but fighting them with vigour if necessary! A particularly important area, recently, has been assisting clients to participate in the Local Plan preparation and Inquiry process.
She enjoys the interactions between planning, architectural design and environmental issues and through CSP's work has a wide knowledge of the relevance of each of these facets of development - all with a focus on sustainable development, of course.
