Pub/Restaurant and Entertainment Facility, Perth.
A Public House and Restaurant, ‘That Bar’, Perth wished to extend its licensing hours and offer evenings when dancing could take place as well as the regular, dining, drinking and musical activities. Matters revolved around the extent to which public dancing took place, whether this constituted a Change of Use to a nightclub, whether the use was ancillary to the main Public House use and extensions to the Regular Licence. In preparing the case and coming to an acceptable form of words, for a change of use application to a public house with an entertainment facility, CSP worked together with the client’s Solicitor and Planning Authority officers.
