  • Use applications to establish needs for change, new allocations and services

Check life of existing permissions:

  • Don’t let planning permissions lapse, difficult to renew
  • Allocations can change in new Local Plans

Asked to withdraw and application:

  • Don’t unless essential
  • Request extension to determination period
  • Retain free re-application option
  • Speak to CSP Planning before losing out

Exploit rural development policy changes which:

  • Provide opportunities for business and housing, so ...
